Notice

Dublin City Council has lodged the below two planning applications with An Bord Pleanála under Section 175 of the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2010.

Important Note:

The two applications and accompanying EIS documents may be inspected free of charge or purchased on payment of a prescribed fee during the public opening hours for a period of seven weeks commencing on 10^th January 2011 until 28^th February 2011 at the following locations:

The offices of An Bord Pleanála , 64 Marlborough Street, Dublin 1.

Dublin City Council Planning Department, Civic Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin 8.

Any submissions/observations must be made to An Bord Pleanála only and must be accompanied by a fee of €50 (except for certain prescribed bodies) and must be received by An Bord Pleanála not later than 17.30 hrs on 28^th February 2011.
